Terms and Conditions

1. Booking

  • All tours must be booked in advance through our official website or a partnered platform.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

2. Payment

  • We accept payment via credit card.

  • Prices include the guiding fee but do not cover transportation, meals, entrance fees, or personal expenses unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund. 

  • Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours before the start time will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the tour, or no-shows, are non-refundable. 

  • Tours may be canceled due to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Tour Conduct

  • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, the tour may be shortened or canceled without a refund.

  • The guide reserves the right to cancel or discontinue the tour if a guest behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage sustained during the tour unless it is caused by our gross negligence.

  • Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour, including securing insurance coverage if desired.

6. Changes to the Tour

  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, traffic, site closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.
