Welcome to Hiroshima! I was born and raised in Fukuyama, Hiroshima, and today I guide visitors across the region, sharing its rich history, culture and local way of life.
Growing up in Hiroshima, a region deeply shaped by its history, recovery and hopes for peace, I learned about peace from an early age as a natural part of life here. I also learned through personal stories shared by family, friends and local residents. These experiences have deeply influenced how I guide today. I hope to help guests build a meaningful, personal connection with Hiroshima beyond historical facts.
With the historic port town of Tomonoura close to home, I have visited it since childhood with family and friends, as well as on school trips. It remains one of my absolute favorite places. This lifelong connection allows me to share the town through local stories and perspectives that visitors might otherwise miss.
Having spent a year living in Australia, I offer friendly and easygoing tours in both English and Japanese. Guests often mention that spending the day with me feels like exploring with an old friend who knows the area well.
For me, a tour isn't just about visiting famous landmarks; it's about making your once-in-a-lifetime journey comfortable, meaningful and fun!
